Saturday Stalls – Farmers Market

  • SATURDAY IS THE FARMERS MARKET,  SO STALLS ARE LIMITED TO FOOD RELATED PRODUCE AND BEVERAGES ONLY
  • Stalls are discounted for residents of Corby Glen (Please email stalls@sheepfair.co.uk with proof of village residence (Council Tax Bill / Utility bill / Passport) and we will send you a discount code to use at checkout.)
  • When you choose your pitch and checkout out, payment for the pitch will be taken.
  • Once you have made payment, please forward your Public Liability details to stalls@sheepfair.co.uk
  • If a pitch is rejected for any reason, we will contact you and issue you with a full refund.
  • All Gazebos, tables & chairs are NOT provided, please bring these with you.
  • SET UP: 7.30am – 8.45am.
  • TAKE DOWN: Not before 4pm when the market closes.

Sunday Stalls – Sheep Fair

  • ALL STALLS ARE WELCOME
  • Spaces are limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
  • Parking is available nearby for vehicles, free of charge
  • Charity Stalls are free of charge (Please email stalls@sheepfair.co.uk with proof of your charity status and we will send you a discount code to use at checkout.)

  • As per last year we will be creating a map for stall holders, A pitch number will be allocated to each application and a copy of the map will be sent to you via email, this will show your location on the day. This means you will not need to arrive at the crack of dawn.
  • All Gazebos, tables & chairs are NOT provided, please bring these with you. If booking a stall inside the school, tables can be provided.
  • SET UP: 7.30am – 9.30am, all vehicles need to be removed from the stall areas by 9.30am as the fair starts at 10am – unless previously agreed to keep them on site.
  • TAKE DOWN: Not before 4pm when the fair closes. Please no vehicles to be in the stall area until this time.
  • This year we would like to ask for a raffle prize to be collected on the morning before the fair opens. This raffle prize will allow us to raise much needed funds to enable us to continue the Sheep Fair for many years to come. Thank you!

Sunday – Classic Cars Spaces

We are introducing a new booking system for spaces this year:

  • A £10 deposit is required in order to guarantee a space as there’s only 35 spaces available
  • The deposit isn’t mandatory but without one it’ll be first come first served
  • UK domestic market cars post 1990 will not be allowed to park on the green
  • Kit Cars, pre 1990 or non domestic market vehicles are welcome
  • Deposits paid are non refundable, but will recieve vouchers on the day which can be exchanged at Hatties Tearoom or Lilies Lavender Hut for the value of £10 with no change given
